Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect
- Sign-in data: when you sign in with Google, LINE or Facebook we receive only your user ID with that provider, display name, profile picture and email address (Google only, and only a verified email). We never receive your password and never ask to post or to read your friends list on your social account.
- Game data: your in-game name, in-game friends, party, progress, missions and match history.
- Payment data: the bank name, account number and account holder name you set, plus your history of top-ups, withdrawals and in-game currency use.
- Result images you choose to share: kept for 30 days, then deleted automatically.
- In-game chat and voice are passed to other players in real time; we do not record them on our servers.
2. How we use your information
To create and sign in to your player account, show your name and picture to other players, run friends and game invites, save your progress, match top-ups and withdrawals to your own account, and prevent cheating. Other players never see your bank account number. We do not sell, rent or pass your information to third parties for advertising.
3. Storage
Data is stored on our servers in Singapore (DigitalOcean), sent over HTTPS, and backed up daily with copies kept for no more than 14 days. Storage in your browser and the app is used only to remember your sign-in and settings.
4. Data deletion
You can unlink Google, LINE or Facebook yourself in the account menu in the game. To delete your account and all of its data, send a request through our contact form, choose “Delete my account and data” and include your player ID or in-game name. We will delete it within 30 days.
5. Minors
Players under 13 should use the service under a parent’s supervision.
